Rates
ATG charges a flat rate of £75 per hour for all services performed by our engineer(s) that are not covered under an ATG maintenance agreement such as service time, installations, bench time or remote desktop. On occasional installations / service we are happy to pre-agree the service charges to ensure you can fix a budget.
ATG engineers are available from 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday through to Friday, before or after this time is considered to be out of working hours and the rates may vary but will be pre arranged. Weekend call outs and installation can be ‘pre-arranged’ but will be charged at ‘Double-time’ rates per engineer, but again MUST be pre-booked with Apple Tree Graphics.
We have no call out fee.
